Overview

Podabacia is a plating fungiid marked by radially arranged corallites. Related to plate corals but attached, it spreads encrusting to thin plates. It prefers moderate light and gentle-to-moderate flow, is fairly hardy, and is easy to keep. It extends short tentacles at night. Its thin skeleton is prone to breakage when moved, so handle carefully.
