Overview

Goniastrea is a massive coral close to the merulinid brains, with polygonal-to-maze corallites. It tolerates a wide range of light and flow and is hardy; fluorescent green and rainbow colonies are popular. Keep it under moderate light and flow, and position it mindful of nocturnal tentacles that can sting neighbors.
