Overview

Bowerbanki (Homophyllia bowerbanki) is a fleshy LPS related to Scolymia; unlike solitary Scolymia it has multiple mouths and forms spreading colonies. It prefers low-to-moderate light and gentle flow, placed on sand or the lower layout. It extends tentacles at night and responds to small feedings, improving color and girth. Red, green and rainbow specimens are collector favorites. Avoid abrasion as it is sensitive to physical stress.
